Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS

  • Notifications We will send an order confirmation and shipping email along with tracking information once we ship your order.   *Please check your spam filter!
  • Cancelling Orders You can cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse.
  • Tracking Information Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Packaging All vinyl records are shipped in protective Whiplash LP mailers with  padding and extra corner protection to prevent damage during transit.
  • Damaged or Lost If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

  • In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We offer standard shipping nationwide within 1 to 5 business days. Orders to U.S. territories may take up to 7 business days. 
  • Preorders will ship according to their listed expected ship dates but are subject to change with appropriate notice. Your card will be charged for the full amount  at the time of the preorder purchase. We recommend placing separate orders for preorder and in-stock items. Orders with preorder and in-stock items will ship together, when all pre-order items arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders ship via FedEx International.
  • International shipping can take up to 10 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • All applicable customs duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated and collected at checkout. We use Shopify's automatic tax calculation system to ensure accurate collection of these fees based on your shipping destination. Payment of these fees at checkout ensures your package will not be held at customs requiring additional payment.
