Vinyl Records

We maintain strict checks and balances to ensure product condition and accurate order fulfillment, including a video recording of every order being shipped, in addition to using special Whiplash LP packaging with extra corner protection.

Due to the nature of vinyl records, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. the product didn't arrive, the wrong product arrived, there is extensive product damage, etc.) we will try to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee a return or refund.  If you have issues, please reach out to us within 7 days at hi@hotwaxmusic.com and include photos of the packaging and product, if necessary.
